The “Blue Book”, AKA, Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils, is our handy guide to the emotional connections to essential oils. This book gives us a clear and handy chart system. We can look up emotions, points on the body, or the oil itself to help us be our on wellness detective. Oils & Glass is a SUPER beginner friendly guide that is beautiful to look at and easy to understand!
